What is Tomyam Bihun Goreng?

How to Prepare Tomyam Bihun Goreng
First, soak the bihun in cold water for about 10 minutes. Drain the bihun and set aside. Heat oil in a wok and fry garlic, lemongrass, chilli, and tamarind until fragrant. Add the onion, carrot, and cabbage and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp paste and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Steps to Fry the Bihun
In a separate pan, heat oil and fry the drained bihun until golden brown. Add the stir-fried ingredients to the bihun and mix well. Add salt and sugar to taste. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until everything is well-combined. You can also add prawns or cockles at this stage if desired.
