What is Tauhu Begedil?

Tauhu Begedil, also known as Tahu Goreng, is a delicious and popular deep-fried Indonesian dish. Ingredients

  • Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter. Coat each patty with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Once the oil is hot, add the patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip the patties and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Transfer the cooked patties to a paper-towel lined plate to drain any excess oil.

Tips
